乳制品及特殊膳食中重金属检测方案
[摘要] 目的：建立用测汞仪直接测定并评价南京地区超市和农贸市场所售鲫鱼组织中的汞含量。方法：用直接测汞仪，分别测定鱼皮、鱼脑、鱼肉及鱼籽组织中的汞含量。结果：鲫鱼组织中的汞含量呈如下规律：鱼脑 > 鱼皮 > 鱼肉 > 鱼籽；鱼龄越大，体内富集的汞越多。对汞含量在0.12～20.00ng范围内呈线性关系，相关系数r=0.9999，**检出限为0.04 ng。样品加标回收率为95.8～104.4%，RSD为1.63～2.92%。本方法与国标法无显著性差异。结论：本方法精密度和准确度较好，测汞时无需进行样品前处理，具有取样量少，简单、准确和高效等特点，能满足样品检测的要求。 [ 关键词 ] 直接测汞仪；鲫鱼；汞含量；分析测定

土壤是农业生产和人类生存的主要载体和生态环境的重要组成部分，其质量好坏与人们生活息息相关。然而近年来，随着我国经济和社会发展，土壤污染日益严重，已成为严重的生态问题。土壤污染是指进入土壤中的有害、有毒物质超出土壤的自身净化能力，导致土壤的物理、化学和生物学性质发生改变，直接影响土壤生态系统的结构和功能，导致生产力退化，并最终对生态安全和人类生命健康构成威胁的现象。土壤污染主要是人为造成的污染源，如“三废”的排放，即废气、废渣、废水，还有过量使用农药、化肥、重金属、微生物、化学物品等。土壤污染具有隐蔽性、潜伏性和长期性，特别是土壤中重金属的污染基本上是一个不可逆转的过程，土壤重金属被植物吸附和积累后，通过食物链富集到人和动物体中，从而危害人畜健康引发癌症等疾病，如水俣病、骨痛病等。同时被污染土壤中的重金属会通过风力、地表径流、淋溶作用等进入大气和水体中，导致大气、地表水、地下水污染和生态系统退化。由于进入土壤中的重金属污染物以可溶性与不溶性颗粒存在，因此残留率很高，如镉、铜、锌、铅等可达85-95%，有些元素甚至会被植物吸收在其体内累积，如铬；另外，各种有机物污染也让人触目惊心。因此如何快速、准确地测试土壤中有害重金属元素及有机污染物显得尤为迫切。为此，Labtech公司提出了检测土壤中的有机物及重金属元素的前处理解决方案。

摘要汞是一种毒性较强，熔点低、易挥发的重金属元素，是常温下**的液态金属，其游离利存在于自然界或辰砂、甘汞等矿物中，汞中毒可导致。近年来，由于科技水平的发展，居民对于汞污染可能造成的危害有了深入的认识，汞的检测手段有了长足进步，从早期的冷原子吸收法、原子荧光法、原子荧光法，到电耦合等离子体质谱法，再到专门化的测汞仪，长期困扰检测人员的汞检测手段已得到解决。但由于汞具有强烈的亲疏性和亲铜性，易吸附在其他物质上，使汞标准溶液的稳定性远低于其他元素，实验室需要经常配制汞标准溶液，尤其对于低浓度的汞标准溶液，甚至现用现配。不但增加了检测人员的劳动强度，弃用的汞标准溶液也对环境造成了较大的污染。本研究对4中介质条件下汞标准溶液的稳定性进行比较，为配制稳定有效的汞标准溶液提供科学依据。实验仪器：DMA-80直接测汞仪

硫柳汞又名乙基汞硫代水杨酸钠，是一种含汞有机化合物，以重量计含汞49.6%。是一种在疫苗中广泛使用的防腐剂。由于是汞制剂，硫柳汞的加入量必须严格控制，以防止对人体造成毒害，所以我国药典规定对生物制品（疫苗）中硫柳汞含量要进行测定，以确保生物制品质量符合国家标准。本文参考《中国药典》2020版3115硫柳汞测定法，通过DMA80快速测定生物制品中的硫柳汞含量。相对标准偏差RSD为0.68~0.91%，加标回收率为98.6~98.8%。结果表明，该方法具有操作简单、快速高效等优点，可用于生物制品中硫柳汞含量的快速测定。
