基于LB技术制备用于临床早期诊断阿尔茨海默症测试平台
阿尔茨海默症(AD)是现阶段全球最普遍的神经退行性疾病。它影响了至少10%的65岁以上中老年人。尽管疾病严重,由于神经心理学测试和神经成像的准确性低及成本过高,AD的早期诊断仍然具有非常大的挑战性。 在这篇文章中,作者使用Langmuir-Blodgett膜分析仪成功制备出密集排列的碳纳米管(CNT)。而相对于传统商业化的ELISA方法检测,LB自组装CNT阵列方法可以将检测灵敏度提升10-1000倍。这项工作证明了基于LB方法的碳纳米管阵列生物传感器可用于早期AD诊断。

如何沉积氧化石墨烯薄膜?
氧化石墨烯(GO)是石墨烯的氧化形态。它是一种由石墨氧化形成的单原子层材料,价廉、易得。氧化石墨烯薄膜在许多领域中都有应用,如光电子学和生物传感器。由于氧基团的存在,氧化石墨烯是亲水性的,因此可以分散到水中。分散性使氧化石墨烯的溶液沉积成为可能。 溶液法制备氧化石墨烯薄膜 氧化石墨烯最大的优点之一是它在水和其他有机溶剂中的优良分散性。这使得使用溶液法沉积石墨烯成为可能。这种方法通常比气相沉积更省时,花费更低的设备成本。氧化石墨烯的许多应用里都要求在大面积基材上沉积形貌清晰、连续的单层薄膜。而单层的氧化石墨烯的形貌很难用最典型的、基于溶液的沉积方法控制,如旋涂或滴铸。简而言之,Langmuir-Blodgett方法(简称LB)已被成功地用于沉积界面清晰的纳米颗粒薄膜,而且该方法还可以更好地控制氧化石墨烯的单层膜沉积。 想了解更多关于Langmuir-Blodgett方法和布鲁斯特角显微镜的信息,请下载附件点击链接观看网络研讨会《如何用LB法沉积氧化石墨烯薄膜?》。
