一、产品简介 Product Introduction

      本品为涉及一种在化肥厂氨分离器或冷交换器上使用的控制分离器或冷交换器内液态氨液位的合成氨专用液位计 This product is involving the synthesis ammonia special fluid level gauge used on the ammonia separator or cool exchanger of fertilizer plant to control the liquid ammonia level inside the separator or exchanger.

合成氨专用液位计背景技术：目前在合成氨车间使用的液位计，均采用模拟电路控制技术，其主要缺点有以下几点：For the background technology of synthesis ammonia special fluid level gauge, at present the fluid level gauges used in the synthetic ammonia workshop are all adopting the analog circuit control technology, but it shall also have the disadvantages as following: 

   1.首次安装液位计，首次校准时，零点和量程值相互影响，必须反复调整若干次，才能安全校准。While installing the level gauge at first time, to make first calibration, the zero point and measuring range value shall impact each other, it must to adjust several times repeatedly so that to gain the safe calibration; 

   2.电路板损坏现场更换时，由于设备上的液位不容易保持到标准的零点和量程位置，根本无法校准零点和量程位置 While replacing the damaged circuit board, because that the fluid level on the equipment really can not keep at the standard zero point and measuring range position easily, it simply cannot calibrate the zero point and measuring range position;  

   3. 温度漂移大，稳定性差。元器件温漂或者线性差时，模拟电路很难对这些性能修正，造成仪表精度下降和稳定性差 Due to the large temperature drift, the stability is quite poor. Where there’s the temperature drift or linear difference on the component, the analog circuit really can hardly correct these performances, thus causes the decreased instrument accuracy and poor stability;

合成氨专用液位计发明目的：本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的不足而提供一种精确度高、调教简单、安全可靠、抗干扰性能强、现场更改工作方式灵活方便的合成氨专用液位计  The aim for inventing the synthesis ammonia special fluid level gauge: this new utility model is aiming to overcome the existed deficiency in current technique and then provide a synthesis ammonia special fluid level gauge with higher accuracy, simple adjustment and calibration, safety and reliability, strong anti-interference capability, flexible and convenient means to change work mode on site;

本实用新型设计一种在化肥厂氨分离器或冷交换器上用的控制分离器或冷交换器内液态氨液位的合成氨专用液位计，传感器信号输出端与电容电压信号转换电路输入端相连，时钟发生器集成电路与电容电压信号转换电路输入端相连，单片机微处理系统输出端上设有PC机通讯接口和液晶显示接口，单片机微处理系统输入端还连有按键矩阵电路，单片机微处理系统输出端上还连有电压电流转换模块，电压电流转换模块输出输入端口通过两线制模式与24v电源输入端相连，电压电流转换模块输出端为整机提供基准电压，具有精确度高、调校简单、安全可靠、抗干扰性能强、更改工作方式灵活方便的优点。 This new utility model is designated for a synthesis ammonia special fluid level gauge to be used in the ammonia separator or cool exchanger of fertilizer plant for controlling the liquid ammonia level in the separator or cool exchanger, the output end of sensor is connected with the input end of capacitance- voltage signal conversion circuit, clock generator integrated circuit is also connected with the input end of capacitance- voltage signal conversion circuit, the PC communication interface and LED display interface are all set on the output end of the DSP micro processing system, at the output end of DSP micro processing system there also connected with the key matrix circuit, the voltage-current conversion module is also connected with the output end of DSP micro processing system, the input/ output interface of voltage-current conversion module are connected with the input end of 24V power supply via the 2-line system mode, the output end of voltage-current conversion module can provide the whole machine with the reference voltage, it has the advantages such as high accuracy, simple adjustment and calibration, safety and reliability, strong anti-interference capability, flexible and convenient means to change work mode on site;

 1.按键设置零点和量程，操作简单； To set the zero point and measuring range by the keys, the operation is quite simple;

 2.在现场输入任意两点液位真值，自动计算和储存零点和量程值 To input the real fluid level value between any two points on site, it can calculate and store the zero point and measuring range automatically;

 3.采用数字修正处理技术，精度高，稳定性好。By adopting the digital adjustment processing technology, it has the high accuracy with good stability.
