一、产品简介 Product introduction

FY-CZ磁致伸缩液位计是利用韦德曼效应原理（磁致伸缩工作原理），通过现代先进的电子技术手段，精密的计测脉冲波间的时间值，达到精确测量液体液位的目的。这一方式原理生产的液位计是目前测量液位领域最为精确、简单，性能稳定、可靠、成熟的产品。  尤其是在小量程、常温、常压这类普通环境下更独具优势，是其它测量方法不可比的。FY-CZ磁致伸缩液位计由电子变送器、介面浮子、探杆、显示仪表共四部分组成。前三部份是必须配套选购的。显示仪表根据使用目的确定，可选购亦可不选购，也可用普通电脑代替，安装我司提供的配套软件（或用户订制软件）可实现集中显示（或单独显示）与控制。“探标”杆长度根据用户使用量程定制。在有防爆要求的环境场合使用本仪器，供电回路需配接安全栅。The FY-CZ magnetostriction fluid level gauge is using the basis of Wedeman effect principle (The magnetostriction working principle), through modern advanced electronic technology means, to measure the time value between the pulse wave accurately, so as to achieve the target for measuring the fluid level accurately. The produced fluid level gauge based on such method and principle shall be the just product with the most accurate, simple, stable performance, reliable and mature properties among current industry of fluid level measuring. Especially under the general environments such as with smaller measuring range, normal temperature/ pressure, it may have the unique advantages and incomparable with other measuring methods. FY- CZ magnetostriction fluid level gauge consists of four parts totally, as electronic transducer, floating ball on medium surface, feeler lever and display instrument separately. The former 3 parts are the must-to-buy as full set. The display instrument shall be determined according to using purpose, either purchasing or not purchasing at all, it can be also substituted with the general PC - with installation of auxiliary software (or custom software by user) provided by our company, it can realize the concentrated (or individual) display and control. The length of “feeler lever” shall be determined and customized according to the measuring range of user. While using this instrument in the place with exposure-proof requirement, the matching safety gate should be equipped on the power supply circuit.
