纳米结构传感器
Insplorion的纳米结构传感器是在当前最\高水准的洁净室环境中生产,保证了稳定性、重现性和良好的表面化学控制。纳米结构覆盖整个传感器区域,在表面形成准随机的图案。这些结构具有一致的尺寸和形状。Insplorion的标准传感器的纳米结构由金制成,但根据要求,还可以提供其他金属。纳米结构可以不加涂层或用薄的顶部涂层覆盖。
传感器结构
传感器结构有两种标准的传感器结构,一种是安装在表面上的圆盘,另一种是嵌在表面上的圆盘,形成一个平面。但应要求也有各种各样的其他结构,如圆锥,截锥,洞穴,球形的分面粒子,环,洞和井。
