细胞培养系统 UNO-T-H-CO2
配合微流体细胞工作站使用，也交三维细胞培养系统， ( three-dimensionalcell culture, TDCC ) 是指将具有三维结构不同材料的载体与各种不同种类的细胞在体外共同培养, 使细胞能够在载体的三维立体空间结构中迁移、生长, 构成三维的细胞-载体复合物。
三维细胞培养技术有着重要的应用。普通的细胞培养由于细胞在体外改变的环境下增生逐渐丧失了原有的性状，往往和体内情况不相符，而动物实验完全在体内进行, 但由于体内的多种因素制约以及体内和外界环境相互影响而变得复杂化, 难以研究单一过程，且难以研究中间过程。三维细胞培养技术是介于单层细胞培养与动物实验之间的一种技术，既能最大程度的模拟体内环境，又能展现细胞培养的直观性及条件可控性的优势。
肿瘤生物学：肿瘤的实验性治疗、肿瘤的侵袭性、转移和中心坏死的机制、肿瘤的血管形成和营养供给、体内基因表达、测试药物对肿瘤生长和向邻近组织转移的抑制效果的模拟等方面。
软骨和骨组织：成熟的软骨细胞和干细胞被广泛用于三维细胞培养，以再生损伤的软骨、骨、韧带、肌腱和膝关节半月板。
循环系统和心脏：在成熟的组织中及时产生血管网络是组织工程的重要课题；在治疗领域, 所关心的也是如何有目的地改变血管形成，以抑制肿瘤的进展。
神经系统：培植单一神经元成为多细胞聚集体、海马体活标本切片后测试神经元电势、神经干细胞培养治疗老年痴呆症、帕金森病等
