扫描电镜在中药显微鉴定中的应用

资料摘要：

　扫描电子显微镜是 1964 年以后迅速发展的一种新型电子光子仪器 ,成像原理类似于电视摄影显像方式 ,利用细聚焦电子束在样品表面扫描时激发产生的某些物理信号来调制成像。扫描电镜样品制备方法简单 ,放大倍数可以从 20倍连续调节到 20 万倍 ,景深较大 ,成像富立体感。近年来 ,鉴于扫描电镜在立体、清晰、多观察角度等方面均较普通光学显微镜有不可比拟的优越性 ,使得其在中药显微鉴定领域中的应用越来越受到重视。笔者利用各种检索方法 ,对 20余年的相关文献进行了详细查阅 ,现就扫描电镜在显微鉴定领域中的应用作一介绍。
