Responsible for on-site installation, maintenance and repair, which include hardware and software. Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems onsite. Performs maintenance and repair services. Ensures customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations, which may impact product performance. Proactively responds to potential equipment issues to prevent unplanned interruption of customers' business. Delivers (does not design) fully integrated solutions, which may include peripherals, communications, operating systems and applications requirement from customer, Serves as an internal resource on technical issues.

*Determines and develops approaches to assignments

*Leads field services and support projects requiring coordination with other functions, customers

*Solves a broad range of hardware and/ or software problems of varying scope and complexity, especially EPA background in advance, part time focus on EPA solution business.

Qualifications
* Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent.
* Typically 4-7 years relevant experience for entry to this level. Prior EPA background.
* Requires extensive experience and knowledge in job and ability to work independently.
