Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a hands-on frontline specialist with practical experience to assist the project leader in the setup and daily operation of free trade zone project. You will be responsible for the accurate entry and tracking of orders, coordinating with warehouses, and ensuring data integrity within our ERP system.

Order Processing(20%):
• New order processing including contract review, order entry, End user check and application, Backlog order review, follow up with BU commercial, order shipment and files archived, etc.
• Evaluate the current order management process end-to-end, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

Project Support(50%):
• Assist in preparation work for the free trade zone, including data cleaning, ERP system initialization, to ensure compliant business launch.
• Workflow Setup& Execution: Support to establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for order fulfilment and escalate any operational issues to the project lead immediately.

Data Analysis & Reporting(20%):
• Utilize data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) to monitor order processing performance, track KPIs, and generate actionable insights.
• Create dashboards and regular reports on key metrics.
• Conduct root cause analysis on order discrepancies and propose data-driven solutions.

Continuous Improvement(10%):
• Creates a mindset of continuous improvement and efficiency.
• Act as a liaison between teams to resolve process-related issues and implement improvements.

Education / Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in International trade, Supply Chain Management or equivalent
Professional Skills/ Abilities:
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in import/export operations, knowledge of international trade terms (e.g., FOB, CIF) and letter of credit processes. Experience with Bonded Zone procedures is highly preferred. Knowledge of international trade terms (e.g., FOB, CIF) and letter of credit processes.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, CSI, Oracle) for order entry and inventory checks. Proficiency in Excel is a must.
Preferred:
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., RPA, workflow automation software).
• Basic understanding of end user export control process is preferred.
