Tasks:
1. Organize the whole order logistic work flow, and keep it running correctly and smoothly
2. Ensure orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner
3. Answer inquiry from internal and external customers
4. Resolve customer issues within scheduled timelines, documenting all activity
5. Generate or assemble necessary documents needed for transportation and customs clearance (inbound logistics)
6. Transportation arrangement and data tracking
7. Transportation cost control
8. Maintain communication with forwarder, customs broker and other related parties
9. Maintain system data incl. CRM/SAP
10. Review work procedure and find improvement possibilities (e.g. optimize physical cycle)

Education and experiences:
1. University / college degree preferred or equivalent experience
2. IT capabilities: SAP, MS Office
3. Fluent English language skills

Work Experience
At least 5 years solid experience with multi-national company, especially in customs affairs, trade & logistics relatives.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Sound knowledge of shipping and logistics to achieve results in an efficient and cost-effective manner
2. Knowledge in Order to Cash
3. Knowledge in international trading processes
4. Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and work under pressure.
5. Good interpersonal and cross-function communication skills and teamwork mindset.
