主要职责
Solution product management:
• Designs and implements marketing strategies for solution products to establish, enhance or distinguish product placement within the competitive China market.
• Develops product definitions and solution plans designed to address customer needs and/or expand market share. Evaluates business opportunities to define and optimize the product portfolio through analysis and in-depth understanding of targeted markets, market trends, customer business issues, and the competitive environment.
• Interfaces with R&D, manufacturing, service and sales to develop new solution products and to ensure smooth new solution product introduction.
• Manages product offerings through the entire product life cycle. Conducts competitive analysis to determine product positioning, market segmentation, channel mix, pricing, volume, product service/support strategy and identifies customer needs.
Commercialization:
• Works with Marketing and field sales to develop and implement solution commercialization strategy and plan
• Develop marketing materials including flyers, WeChat advertising, video content, webinars, ete.

Travel Required
• Yes, 35% of the Time.


岗位要求
• Bachelors or Masters in spectroscopy highly preferred, or analytical chemistry techniques or Biochemistry or a Life Sciences related field.
• 5+ year's relevant experience in product management or commercialization
• Relevant experience in spectroscopy including ICP-MS skill is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Relevant industry background in Pharma /Biopharma, Environmental, Materials/ semiconductor is preferred.
