此为丹纳赫旗下公司哈希Trojan (特洁安)品牌职位 Key Responsibilities • Drive business to achieve revenue, profitability and business growth targets for a range of products in own area • Formulate and execute strategic growth/sales plans and has a good implementation. • Deploy annual company strategy, Build up sales and marketing plans on a year basis • Establish and monitor expectations to optimize profitability of the products; meet volume and revenue goals • Build and improve the market image of the company as a technological and market leader • Provide training and support to distributors, customers and motivate them to educate end users on product application • Drive and lead new product innovation introduction based on customer knowledge • Be responsible to develop and maintain talent. Develop retention plans and strategy to counter competitors • Engage in trades fairs, industry events and initiate client visits Education, Background and Skill Requirements • BA or BS degree in Engineering, Analytical Chemistry, Biology, Environment Sciences or equivalent experience is preferable • Experience from a large B2B global company is preferable • > 10 years sales experience • > 5 years direct sales team management experience • Experience in selling complex products and project level solution • Good level of strategic, communication, encouraging, pressure taking, commercial sense • Ability to see and interpret the bigger picture and put that understanding into action for the team • Be entrepreneurship in exploring new customers • Integrity is mandatory • Knowing market and products is a plus • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
