职位描述&要求

1. Design the strategic sales plan for East China Enterprise/Crosslab business by CrossLab Multivendor service, Asset management, lab resource management, and manage funnel growth, win/loss analysis and general enterprise sales acumen within the sales team 2. Develop account plans and able to target all levels of customer organization with particular focus (laboratory management, procurement management, and director levels) 3. Work closely with the service sales team in China to drive growth in this area and able to motivate, influence and guide peers through complex customer sales cycles 4. Closely work with China service delivery team for Enterprise business pre/post implementation process 5. Anticipates customer needs and identifies short term or long-term solutions; creates and leads business development plans over the short to medium term. 6. Consultative solution selling skills 要求: • Bachelor/Master in Life Sciences, Engineering or relevant discipline • Experience in service and solution sales, ideally within in chemical/pharma/bio laboratory support industries, products or solution specialist, project management experience preferred. • Understanding in CSO & vendor service deliver scope and capability,has advanced business development and account management experience • Strong interpersonal skills, effective collaboration skills, team work spirit,has excellent leadership and relationship with cross-functional team • bidding experience and technical background is a plus
