职位描述
主要职责:
1. Sales of LSAG (Life Science & Applied Market) instruments service products like the core products of standard service contract, compliance service, education service as well as multi vendors service and Enterprise solution within assigned territories.
2. Improve connection rate, warranty conversion rate of assigned areas by implement different sales tactics and business plan, co-work with local engineers to improve coverage for small accounts and remote customers.
3. Closely work with marketing team, service delivery team and instrument sales team to contribute to business growth.
Effectively seeks and penetrates new accounts in target business, new customers and focus on key accounts.
4. Ability to accurately forecast business / manages funnel effectively.
5. Interprets customer needs and works to meet those needs; identifies potential business opportunities, referring more complex leads to others to convert.
6. Solves problems of minimal scope and complexity.
任职条件:
1. Master's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food, Material Pharm, Environment or related discipline.
2. At least 5 years sales experiences in laboratory / chemical products, service sales background is preferred.
3. A good knowledge of analytical instrument service products and analytical instrument markets.
4. Ability to effectively communicate on the phone, oral and written communications.
5. Able to make business plans that are consistent with service products and strategy.
6. Highly motivated creative and result oriented. able to work with minimum supervision.
7. Work as a team, Wants the team to succeed and actively works to ensure that it happens.
