Overview:
The successful candidate will be required to manage the field service. With the customer-oriented mindset, meet the customers expectation and service. You will be required to collaborate with Sales/Marketing Forces.
Provide system solutions support for our range of LC/MS equipment (instrument hardware / installation, application and software), focused on supporting customers . ?Travel to customers site to carry out preventive and corrective interventions, implementations and customer training. This involves wide range support on LC/MS instrumentation coupled with Acquity UPLC inlet systems.
Keep up with technology/applications developments and feed back any customers request via our business systems
To ensure that quality system procedures and Health & Safety standards are adhered to at all times.
Work in a wellorganized fashion in terms of planning, material handling and all administrative actions to adequately document any intervention; log activities through existing systems (FSR, CIT).

Responsibility:
1. Provide installation, start-up, on site training and maintenance service to customer
2. Carry out maintenance visits - PM visits
3. Perform technical support, mainly on post-sales but will perform pre-sales technical support if necessary
4. Maintain job efficiency by constantly reviewing the time utilization of own activities
5. Maintain high focus on customer satisfaction

Requirements:
1. Technical and/or chemical background preferably with an MSc. or BSc. degree
2. Experience within the chemical-analytical industry
3. Sound knowledge of LC and MS technology
4. Willing to learn new technologies and applications
5. Ready to work in a motivated and flexible team in close cooperation with Application Chemists, Sales Specialists and our Support Groups .
6. Be prepared to travel within China.
7. Fluent in English written and spoken
8. HARDWARE: Have hardware knowledge related to Electronics, Fluidics, Mechanics et
