Responsibilities:
• Assess customer conditions and benefits properly to launch supply center in appropriate location.
• Provide regular onsite service for key customers and communicate with sales team and customers directly to collect customer feedbacks and suggestion .Provide suitable e-solutions to different customers based on specific requirements to optimize customer experience.
• Responsible for project managing deployment of cross-functional customer procurement and invoicing eCommerce solutions and systems. Manages project activities, timeline, milestone and resource objectives.
• Responsible for project updates and relevant report timely.
• Develop strong working relationships with business units, internal teams, and vendors; develop an integrated marketing program/ campaign that help e-Biz penetration. Also support other teams with online promotions or new projects launch.


Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor degree or above in biology, biochemistry, Pharmacology or related disciplines. Master degree is preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in a customer-faced environment.
• Strong communication skill, Fast learning ability, Innovative thinking
• Independent problems solving; attention to detail, solid skills in organization, communication and project management; flexible and able to adapt to rapid changes.
• Proactive self-starter able to work autonomously and as a team-player.

Preferred Qualifications:
• E-commerce relevant work experience would be preferred.
• Sensitive social and business sense and strong desire to create opportunity to drive business growth
• Experience in planning and completing eCommerce and/or IT implementations including project management responsibility is a distinct advantage.
