Use of portable - mini emission spectrometers in metal industry

摘要：
The application of protable on-site emission spectrometers for the fast composition control of a wide range of metals has been investigated by CRM. A large number of various samples( low and ultra low
arbon steels, stainless steels,aluminium,nickel and copper based samples ) have been analyzed and the results have been evaluated by using chemical reference methods such as ICP-OES,XRF,C and S combust
on,etc.Concerning C,S and P in low carbon steels, the efficiency reached by new portable spectrometers is, with spcecific calibration, close to the one achieved by classic stationary optical spectromet
rs.The paper will also illustrate various experiences in the filed of direct analysis withou sampling. |
