Food Safety Guide, organized by China General Chamber of Commerce,
Beijing Meat Foodstuffs Association, is the only comprehensive
periodical focusing on food safety information and technology which is
formally ratified by the Press&Publication Administration of P.R.C. Food
Safety Guide is a bimonthly periodical, openly circulated inside and
outside China, its domestic unitary issue number is CN11-5478/Rand,
its international standard serial number is ISSN1674-0270. The periodical
is full color printed in large 16 formats, 80pages. The periodical is
matched with relevant website concerning food safety information,
realizing the interaction between plane media and network media.
Food Safety Guide is oriented for these engaged in the food industry and
field, industry and market, products and technology, focusing on safety
of industry chain from food production process to circulation and retailing.
The periodical makes efforts to provide solutions of food safety technology
on the principle of authority, entireness, top and depth, in the
pursuit of building up at op information communication stage of
national food safety industry, taking up the responsibility of becoming a
