职位描述
Enterprise Relocation Sales Special list:
Responsible for enterprise relocation Service products that sales Central China organization of Enterprise/CrossLab sales/project with following responsibilities.
1. Design the strategic sales plan for central China Enterprise/Crosslab business by CrossLab Multivendor service, Asset management, lab resource management, during Enterprise Relocation by working with worldwide solution unit (LED) marketing team, China project manager and G. China Sales team,
2. Closely work with China service delivery team for Enterprise relocation business pre/post implementation process.
3. Carry central China management quota of Enterprise relocation business by closely working with Service Sales at district level to meet the sales goal by key strategic accounts, key territories and selected Enterprise/Crosslab instrument services.
4. Development key major account plan (WW accounts and Central China governmental accounts), especially at pharmaceutical, food safety, environmental. CRO labs, Chemical/petrochemical accounts.
5. Anticipates customer needs, investigates underlying causes and identifies short term or long-term solutions; creates and leads business development plans over the short to medium term.
6. Utilize CRM tools for account management and sales forecast and reporting to LED China business manager.
Qualifications
• Bachelors or Master’s Degree or University Degree or equivalent (prefer Chemical, biopharmaceutical background), deep understand the pain point of enterprise client, could provide enterprise relocation solution for them.
• Typically 3+ years relevant experience for entry to this level. Post-graduate and/or certification/ license may be required. selling or project experience, good team work capability.
• prefer knowledge for analytical instruments at chemical and pharmaceutical industry and Fluent English communication skill.
