Right here, where youll manage the development and delivery of large integrated customer solutions by transforming broad concepts into structured programs, leading the design and delivery of multi-national/multi-partner projects, delivering solutions for complex, high impact issues, and building effective client relationships.
• Ownership of Agilent core service business development, develop and expand service portfolios, ongoing projects analysis and improvement initiatives across G. China.
• Engage and promotion the service business within G. China CSO team internally.
• Coordinate and collaborate with other internal organizations, functions to meet customer needs and increase core service business.
• Track key project results to ensure desired financial and customer benefits are achieved
• Independently assess the business case and associated business issues to drive the optimal solution and project approach
• Champion and lead organizational capability in process and project management expertise (e.g. 6 Sigma, Lean)
• Leads/participates the timely and effective management of projects typically driven by new products, policies & procedures, organizational changes at a country and or region level.
• Lead other key business projects to meet overall project objectives and goals.
You will need to be educated to at least B.S. degree level (hold post-graduate study/ certification/license) and have at least 5-year relevant experience, through which youve developed the ability to fully understand customer needs and the technical ability to fulfill them.
• BS/MS degree in Analytical Chemistry or Pharmaceutical.
• >5-year customer service experience.
• Proven ability to assess complex business problems and convert into solutions
• Ability to communicate effectively across different levels of management & geographies
• Strong financial data analytical capability
• Excellent presentation skills in English & Mandarin
• Honest, trustworthy and teamwork
1. Bachelor or master degree in Analytical Chemistry or Electrics and Electronics or equivalent. Priority will be given to candidates who have relevant experience on customer service management.
2. Good knowledge of Project management
3. Good knowledge of analytical instrument products, including fundamentals and applications. Also good knowledge of computer operation and networking, including Windows and MS office etc.
4. Honesty, Integrity and cooperation. Be happy to do service job for customers. Frequent business travels are needed.
5. Good spoken and written English and Chinese
6. Good communication skill
